QLinkPath is a smart redirect and branded link service that enables Users to shorten, customize, and track links. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
2. Account Registration & Use
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
- You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- You agree not to create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing our free services.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any fraudulent, abusive, or malicious activity.
3. Link Usage & Content Restrictions
- You are solely responsible for the content of the links you create, share, or distribute through QLinkPath, including any custom HTML templates you assign to them.
- You may not use the Service to create, distribute, or embed content that:
- Contains malware, spyware, or malicious scripts.
- Engages in phishing, deceptive practices, or impersonation.
- Promotes violence, hate, harassment, or illegal activities.
- Violates any intellectual property rights, privacy laws, or regulatory requirements.
- Includes unauthorized tracking, fingerprinting, or collection of user data.
- We reserve the right to review, disable, or remove any links or templates at our sole discretion that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the integrity of the Service.
4. Payments & Subscription Plans
- QLinkPath offers free and paid subscription plans. Pricing and features are subject to change at any time.
- Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on your selection. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, but your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
- We reserve the right to update our pricing structure, with notice provided to affected Users.
5. Termination & Suspension
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.
- If your account is terminated, we may delete your data and links without liability to you.
- If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so at any time by contacting our support team.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Service. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last three months for the Service.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data collection practices.
9. Custom HTML Templates & User Content
- Users of paid branded domains may upload and assign raw HTML templates to their links.
- By using this feature, you agree that you are solely responsible for the legality, safety, and functionality of the HTML content you provide.
- Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:
- Embedding unauthorized third-party scripts, trackers, or analytics tools.
- Serving phishing pages, deceptive content, or malicious redirects.
- Attempting to bypass browser, CSP, or security sandbox restrictions.
- Injecting inline JavaScript, `eval()`, or fingerprinting techniques.
- You acknowledge that any HTML templates you upload may be served to the public under your custom domains. QLinkPath does not moderate user HTML under custom domains and disclaims responsibility for its use.
- Important: You must ensure full compliance with applicable privacy laws (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) when collecting, tracking, or analyzing user behavior. You are responsible for obtaining any required user consents.
- We reserve the right to scan, block, or remove templates that trigger abuse reports, malware detection, or violate these Terms — without prior notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If significant changes are made, we will notify Users via email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Acceptable Use
- You agree not to interfere with or disrupt QLinkPath's services, servers, or networks.
- You must not use automated systems such as bots, crawlers, or scrapers to access the Service without prior written consent.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, including user accounts, APIs, or internal systems.
- You must not impersonate QLinkPath, its team, or abuse any public or private interfaces.
- We reserve the right to monitor, suspend, or block access at our discretion to maintain the security and integrity of the platform.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QLinkPath and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your content.
13. DMCA Takedown Policy

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including specific URLs or content paths.

- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
We may remove or restrict access to allegedly infringing material and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its commercial rules. The process may take place remotely if agreed by both parties.
You waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise decided by the arbitrator.
